rev:text	I have been to many reptile shops in Las Vegas and I have to say that this is the best one. The outstanding customer service provided my the manager Ty, Ryan and Elliot is the reason we keep going. They actually take the time to help you look for what you like and it doesn't feel like they're just pushing for sales. I've bought quite a few animals from them because I see they actually care for them and treat them right. Ty is the most knowledgeable guy I know and I cannot thank him enough. As far as hiring Ryan, that was one of the smartest moves they have done because he is one of the friendliest guys at the shop. Elliot is one of the newest people at the shop but he has plenty of experience and wonderful customer service from triple L. It is just a wonderful atmosphere and I feel at home when I am there. There are very few shops like this and I am glad to share this experience.
