  • We have Eye Med insurance, took my son to LensCrafters where it cost $40 for the eye exam. I go to an ophthalmologist where with Eye Med insurance it costs nothing for an eye exam. LensCrafters should not cost more for a visit to their store. We have also used the insurance at JC Penney and Sears eye locations and not been charged this. Will not be using them next time.
