  • Great staff, Terrible owners and terrible management. I have been using careful cleaners for 1 year. They ruined $400 worth of my shirts. Dilliards brand and Ralph Lauren. Some shirts were less than 6 months old. Nothing but excuses and they told me they were not going to fix anything. They are horrible!!! They will ruin your stuff. They offered a small credit of service. Does not take away the fact I'm out 8 relatively new shirts. In addition I spoke to two other dry cleaners and they told me that High volume, low cost cleaners have this problem over and over it was their fault. They both confirmed along with Dillards that it was their faulty machinery. I called the owner Michael again to let him know. He still gave excuses why he is not going to make things right. What a tool.
