Please, Please, Please, take my advice and read this post. If you or someone you know is thinking about switching to Tmobile DONT! Only two months in and there's been nothing but problems. The employees there will say "I've been with Tmobile for 17 years and I've never heard of that" or "yeah, same thing happens to my phone." Not exactly the comments I want to hear as a new customer who just left a very reliable network.....Now my wife's phone # was ported but a completely diff # shows up on the caller ID on the receivers end... smh
