  • I called to make an appointment for my dogs to get groomed there but was made to feel like I was bothering the person who answered the phone. (I think her name was Mary) she wasn't friendly, she acted as if looking for a further date was too much trouble and she had no problem turning me away. I feel there needs to be some customer service training for people who are the first point of contact with the public! I will never use that facility for anything!
