| - The customer service in the deli and meat department is the best! We had ordered a rib roast (fully cooked, ready to eat) and a ham to be picked up on Christmas Eve morning. Online. But two days ago. Hiking is more important than cooking. Right? Especially when the weather is perfect!
We were about 5 minutes late arriving for the designated pick up time because, well, we squeezed in another hike; so, we left the confirmation at home and couldn't pull it up on my phone.
When the deli area couldn't find our order, we were sent to the meat department, which showed us this humongous rib roast (one fit for a King), which was not what we thought we'd ordered, but who knows. Except this hunk of meat wasn't precooked. No, we aren't cooking when we have hikes to do. Off we went back to the deli area. Of course, all the while everyone was so nice and just wanted to get us exactly what we wanted. The man in charge of the precooked food was so nice.
Sprouts, you have my loyalty, and next time I'll call in an order!
