| - Pretty awful. Come in, no hello. Just "what you want"... all the colors are unorganized. Either he couldn't find them, didn't have them, didn't know it was gel....
Was going to get a full set and pedicure. After seeing how bad my nails were, I opted to skip the pedicure. Very rough, sloppy full set. Nails are uneven. Not the shape I asked for.
I get that you don't want to mess my nails up to pay, but it's really awkward when you ask me to pay before you're even halfway done. Because then you're tipping on an ultimately crappy manicure.
No bells, whistles or frills here. More stressful than relaxing. The chair was hard. The room was hot. There was news playing and a girl obnoxiously loudly listening to what sounded like Hispanic hip hop and talking on speaker phone. No water offered. Only a dollar store fan to set nails with. No lotion. Hand sanitizer to "wash" your hands and cheap, scratchy paper towels. No lotion. No name brand polish (Essie,
OPI) Just like a sweat shop in and out messy job.
Overall, terrible, uncomfortable experience. Went across the street for the pedicure.
