  • Worst Audi dealership ever. I walked in at about 5pm on a Saturday. There was only another 2 couples in the showroom. I was looking around at a couple of cars when I noticed a sales rep standing by his desk (middle aged asian man directly on the right side of the main entrance once you walk in). I walked up to him and said 'excuse me I have a question' No joke.. he literally didn't even bother looking in my direction or in the eye. he pointed to the reception and said 'the reception can help you' and he walked away. I stood there for 20 seconds and watched him walk towards the other side of the showroom and lean against the glass and just stared into space. I had one small question for him.. I felt so disrespected and angry. This is exactly how you lose a potential customer. Perhaps I wasn't dressed up to par to be taken seriously.. horrible horrible service. Don't bother coming here. Go to Audi downtown instead.
