  • My husband and I along with our brand new baby went here Saturday night. The caliber of waitresses and waiters was superb. We were blessed to have Kylie as our waitresses. She was extremely in tune with our needs. She would walk by often just to see if we needed anything else. She was warm and friendly. She wasn't the only one - we heard a few other employees talking to other tables and they were all very professional and caring. To make this review really stand out. I left her a huge tip. Trust me I do not leave big tips; it is rare. She truly deserved it. When I say huge tip I don't mean 30%. I'm talking more than 50%. That's how good I felt after visiting banderas. Food: we had the rotisserie chicken and the macho salad with the chicken. We had the artichoke for an appetizer. All of the food was great! Beer: my husband loved the frozen cups that made the beer taste fantastic! I had to speak to the manager just to let her know I was highly impressed with her team. She explained that their hiring process was pretty intense and they want their customers to feel special so they train their employees to exceed the standards. If you've never been to this restaurant. You must go!!!
