  • I have been going here for years and often wondered why this Fleming's ratings were so significantly lower than the other Fleming's. Think I found out why. Management. I called to make a reservation for a family birthday party of 8 and asked for the small semi-private dining room. The hostess confirmed that the room was available and happily booked our date. Twenty minutes later the manager calls and says unless I wanted to guarantee spending $1300, I couldn't reserve the room. After some discussion I said let me get this straight, that unless I guaranteed to spend $1300 I couldn't reserve that dining area, that no one else has asked for it, and that if no one else does ask for it, then you will just make it part of the main dining area. He said that's right. I told him to keep the room and we would go to Mastro's. He said ok - not even an apology!
