  • The fine folks at this Ace have never steered me wrong in 20 years of home fix-up projects. Unlike the big box store, their staff is always accessible, friendly, and most importantly, they know what they're talking about! They always have found a way for this wannabe handywoman to successfully fix whatever needed fixing with a minimum of fuss and without overselling. The true test of any business' customer service, however, is how they handle problems- as problems will inevitably come up. When a product did not live up to expectations they went all the way, no questions asked, to make it right and make me whole. I couldn't ask for better service.
