  • The worst service reps I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Tried to ask a rep about internet service at my local best buy and after every question I had I repeatedly received attitude and rude demeanor. When my husband tells him he's rude and we begin to walk away the rep (Frank Gaston) tries to pick a fight with my husband!!! Walked away from his work area and followed us across the store trying to provoke my husband repeatedly saying "you don't know me, just because I'm at work doesn't mean anything" blah blah blah. Well the fact that you're at work does mean something...it means that you are there to answer questions, give us info and options. Can't even wrap my head around what just heppened!!!
