  • I need prior authorization for medication to help me quit tobacco. I guess someone sitting behind a desk pushing papers knows better than my doctor and the patient who also happens to be a paramedic. I'd probably be better off quitting my job and getting Medicaid than using this insurance. When my next open enrollment occurs I'll be choosing any other insurance company besides this one.
