This company has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered! We had our home windows tinted on July 3rd. During the install, one of the technicians broke a window. No problem, these things happen. They called a glass company that they deal with. That company came out to measure the window right away. Finally after numerous calls to both companies, the glass company finally came back on August 14 for our approval of the glass. They said it would take 3-4 days for the window to arrive. Well! Over three weeks later on September 5th the new window arrived and was finally installed. We had to look at a broken window for over two months! We're talking a window! The most frustrating part of this whole experience was the lack of interest portrayed by Jim Yun. We called and called but no response. THEY broke our window! Again accidents happen but what happened afterwards was inexcusable. I left a request for Jim to call me on September 6 and was not going to write a review if he called. It's been 16 days so pretty sure he's not going to call. Thus the review. Use them at your own risk.
