  • I went for a full set biogel. I didn't have an appointment but the staff was very accommodating in fitting me in. This should have been a sign for me to walk away but I stayed because I figured how bad can it be. As more people walked in, the technicians worked faster, often cutting corners so that they can take the next client. Needless to say my nails look ok, nothing great, and my experience left me unimpressed and not valued as a client. It was my first visit and it was their opportunity to wow me and offer me a discount as they advertise. I live in the downtown area and I understand that costs are a little higher than most other places. I don't mind paying for it, but please value my business and not treat me like another person on the assembly line. Judging from what I wrote, I probably will not be returning as a client.
