  • I think half of these 1 star reviews are coming from a bunch of cry babies. I have been coming into this store for a couple of years now and I have always gotten great costumer service. People are just so ridiculous and unpatient these days. Recently purchased my guitar from Jon and the process was painless. He provided me with great costumer service, he also helped me return and exchange items and the whole process was effortless. Will definitely come that to this store.
