  • Disappointing. Went into the humidor room to look at the selection. A man came in and asked if I needed help. I said yes and started to explain what I was looking for. In the middle of my first sentence, he turned and left the room and did not return. I later discovered that he was the owner. Nice customer approach. Anyway, it was downhill after that. Never had that happen at Jon's Pipe Shop. Anyway, the selection was nothing exceptional. Accessories were average. Nice atmosphere. Roomy. Still, the first impression with the owner left a sour taste. When he did speak to me later, it was with a very condescending attitude. Something else I never experienced at Jon's.
