This was a great experience. I was contacted promptly after my inquiry when I went in I was helped immediately by James Woods. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. During the test drive he made sure to explain some of the features on this car that are different. The whole purchase process took less than 2 hours from arriving to signing papers. James was great. During the test drive the car started making a beeping noise. He took it over to the Mazda service department next door to find out what it was. Ended up that the convertible top was not completely put away so it was just a warning. While he was filling up the gas tank he noticed that the gas door was bent and arranged to have a new one put on. I did have to bring the car back for that, but that visit took about 15 minutes. They also gave me a good price on my trade in. I also want to mention Dan Kirkendall, the finance manager. He made signing my documents easy and speedy. Even gave me payment tips. And when I declined the extended warranty, didn't hassle me. And their showroom/waiting area is very nice with popcorn, TV and even a charging station for cell phones. All in all, an excellent, no haggle experience. I was very happy not to have all that unpleasant haggling. I highly recommend them.
