  • Lappert's Green Tea (Japanese Ceremonial) ice cream won me over with its strong, flavorful matcha. I ordered a single scoop in a waffle cone which cost me $3.95. There's a variety of unique ice cream flavors to choose from like Rum Raisin, Peanut Butter, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and Kauai Pie -- just to name a few. The Kauai Pie might be a good choice for coffee lovers because the bold flavor of the Kona coffee hits you immediately with a caffeinated jolt. You can also order milkshakes, sundaes, and shaved ice from here -- seems to be a popular order among many customers. With 100+ degree temperatures that are capable of lasting from day to the late night hours, Lappert's remedies the effects of the sometimes cruel Vegas heat, as well as cravings for a sweet and cool treat.
