  • I have tried to work with this property management company, they do not have any office help it seems it seems as if every time you call her at home and then getting back to is almost impossible from what you read it sounds like it's true they want your money but they don't really want to do the work! They actually do worse for the owner and for the tenant because it's all about them. Sadly to say I passed information on property before from them and they do not return calls and even though Credit was ran and I was approved they still would not work with me to meet up with me so I could put a deposit on a place that was not totally done so if you want to property management company you're better off looking at some of the larger companies the fees may be higher but they do work professionally. They take care of your tenants and they take care of your property and its not all the fees for themselves it's actually a business not like what they run and they make other property management companies look bad just by the way they do business really they should be shut down by the fair housing authority and other people that could get involved should shut this company down so they could close their doors forever and never ever be able to do business in real estate in Nevada at all. Sorry to have to give such a disgusting review but sometimes you have to get the truth out so other ones can see!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a half star, but I would probably maybe wouldn't even do that and not give them even a half star !!!
