  • Not a great first impression. I understand that sometimes you'd like to leave a little early or maybe you've had a rough day but when someone calls asking for prices and availability 30 minutes before your scheduled closing time and you give them attitude because you're in a bad mood, don't expect to gain new business. Michael, whoever you are and wherever you are, your attitude is despicable and you should be ashamed of your actions towards potential customers such as myself and others I'm sure and probably terminated from your position for probably being responsible for your company losing numerous sales dollars and hurting its reputation. Not a chance you'll be getting my business. I'll gladly move on down the road a bit more for quality service. Glad I didn't make that mistake.
