WOW..wow..wowwww!!! I'm in total shock as I just hung up with the owner of VEGAS SHOE REPAIR....as I'm sure you know, Las Vegas experienced a horrific tragedy this past weekend..maybe this is why I'm so taken back by the way Mr. Vegas shoes spoke to me a couple minutes ago.
I stopped in yesterday for help finishing the changing of my buckle.. I was charged $5 but only able to come up with 4 .. unfortunately I made a big mistake by NOT checking the belt Before I left....when I arrived home I then saw that the belt connectivity was loose and not functional.. So today I called to basically talk to him about it before driving across town once again and much to my surprise Mr Vegas shoes was only concerned about getting the other dollar he wanted for yesterday's transaction. No apology, or acknowledgment about the part he claimed I didn't need..
Have you every been so shocked that you are half laughing while talking?? That was me when he actually said that I needed to bring him the other dollar because I stiffed him yesterday...
What just happened? My belt isn't functional at all...& now I have to drive back across town--easy 25 minutes . and you want me to give you another dollar? Then he proceeded to say do me a favor and don't come into my store anymore -- no worries Mr. Vegas shoes..why WOULD I go back there??
I feel obligated to let you know if customer service is something you expect to receive here, then perhaps you should consider taking your business elsewhere.. It seems that it's all about that Mighty Dollar and not service. Especially for customers that have to drive 2530 minutes across town to return something that should have been fixed yesterday. On a more positive note... #Vegas strong we love our city and I love to see us come together at this time I will continue to support the victims as well as I can.
