I haven't been to LensCrafters since 2011 so I didn't know that there were changes made through my insurance so I was bummed out when I found out that my insurance doesn't cover eyeglasses anymore. The lady who helped me was nice, but at first I feel like she was in a hurry to look at my prescription while I was still looking around and trying on some eyeglasses, she was talking really fast and asked me twice for my prescription. I've had better experience in the other locations.
