  • First time here been about 2 weeks. I was in need of a quick hair color and trim. I didn't know I was in for a drastic change. I believe my hair stylist was Blanca. I asked for a all light ashy brown hair color and ended up getting my whole hair bleached.. Ended up w/ a 3 color (my ends a lighter blonde, hair part blonde and bottom of my hair brassy blonde). I was more than shock knowing I didn't get what I asked for. I didn't like it at all. But having thick hair I like to get a basic trim to keep it even and not wanting anything extra. She gave my hair "texture" my hair is uneven and looks uneven like a long mullet. I have coworkers asking why it's like an orange tone and that it looks like a mistake. She knew it was a "tri" tone and told me she could fix it; I called and she was like "hi, what do you want?" Well my money for what it's worth. I walked out with a hat on my head after that mistake. I definitely won't be coming here. And no I will not be getting the extensions that she kept mentioning to me. Very disappointed and definitely not worth a penny I paid.
