  • I was trying to make an appointment for a particular practitioner who I believed worked there. I was mistaken (which was my fault) but while trying to explain this and apologize for the confusion the receptionist simply hung up on me mid-sentence. Poor service! That does not make me want to book any future appointments with them or consider their other practitioners! With a million places that do deep tissue therapeutic massage why bother coming to a place with rude staff?
