| - My son hosted a 12 person birthday party there yesterday. My son just turned 13. I think the benchmark to determining whether a company has hosted a successful birthday party and whether they r worth the cash that you pay them is directly correlated to the amount of interaction you have to give to all the guests who are mostly let's face it a bunch of kids who you don't know and you might never see again. In other words the more the STAFF interact with the guests the better. That will give you time to either organize anything such as the food, make sure your son is having a good time, take some photos to remember the day, or interact with your spouse or any other adult guests who are brave enough to attend, which usually there is slim to no chance but that will ever happen. Laserquest came through with flying colours on everything---- Not only was the customer service above and beyond everything I expected but they handled all the kids, all the guests, all the other birthday parties, and I just got to sit and relax and take photos. The lady who helped us out most was the Manager named Shannon who I highly recommend. I had connected with her on the phone when I made the reservation already and realized that she was very special and a great person. And when I met her it was even more obvious. She is really really great with kids and knows exactly how to talk to them - at 1 time I saw her keeping 15 kids attentive, quiet, polite, and adorable with a simple brain challenge "what am I'm holding in my hand? " The kids had amazing time and the price is quite reasonable for 12 people and two full games of playing in the Laserquest which involves lots of great exercise, teambuilding, friendly competition, and even hand eye coordination as they r shooting lasers, plus enough pizza 4 three slices for everybody including adults, the total came to $170. That also included a party room for our use the whole time. We had a slight problem with an adult who was the father of a different birthday boy for different birthday who competed against our birthday guests and ironically my son was the victim of this adult cheating and holding his laser gun pushing it away and shooting him repeatedly with his laser. This is not allowed and Shannon dealt with the whole thing very well and in the and the asshole adult sat out at the next game and also apologized to my son. Personally I think the guy was a complete jerk and it should've never happened especially in front of his tiny five-year-old son who is getting so upset and anxious watching his dad screaming at us but that aside. I highly recommend, even if not for a birthday just for a fun way to kill a few hours on a rainy day and get your kids some exercise.
