  • Given that the Phoenix area isn't a hot spot for Chinese restaurants, I think this place stands out clearly above the rest. The xi long bao is pretty damn good and I usually go with the beef stir fry because it's who I am. I will say service has been spotty a couple times but not bad enough to keep me from coming back or giving them 5 stars! Great food and good prices.
