  • I don't know about the dry cleaning side, but alterations was a huge disappointment. Lady made a mistake and "didn't see" how to fix it. I had to come back 2 times to try to fix it and finally I had to bring a friend with me to show her what was wrong. Only after that she "saw" what was wrong with the dress. So it took me 3 times to come back to fix the dress ! Very disappointed!
