  • These folks are AMAZING! We had them do our tile and sofa, we have older pets that lounge a LOT and honestly it was the sofa that was in need more than the tile. The tile came out great and sofa initially did too but as the fabric dried on our puffy pillowed couch we noticed the urine smell coming back. Not a problem, they suggested picking up the cushions and taking them to the warehouse to treat them there. They worked on the cushions until they were satisfied that we'd be satisfied and then delivered them back to the house. They kept us informed the entire time and were so wonderful. When the cushions came back they looked incredible, most importantly the urine smell was gone! but the plump was back too. These folks have a fantastic work ethic and I would certainly use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for service. Thanks again Jacob for our clean tile and Ryan for working so hard on our sofa!
