Ive been coming to this place since I was 16. I am now 33... In the past I actually liked the venue. However it all started going down hill when they wanted to pack us in like sardines. We came to see Jason Aldean and I gotta say unless I really want to see a band, im gonna try to avoid this place. The line itself to get in was about a hour long and that's even after we snuck into the shortest one. The concert had already started for about 45 min and the line was still wrapping around the outside. The security guards acted like they were screening people to get into the pentagon (which is a good and bad thing)... There had to be a more efficient way. We got into the venue!!!! Now time to wait for a beer... there goes another 30 min. They have some geriatric people in selling food and beers. Now don't get me wrong I don't dislike the elderly, but they don't seem to move with a sense of urgency at all... After purchasing my overpriced beer 4 tall boys for 53 dollars I pushed my way thru the narrow isles of vendors to my seats... Our friends bailed on us so we had 2 open seats next to us which was great. I may buy 2 extra seats every time for the room... I made sure I hydrated with a lot of beer cause man it was like a toaster under the shade. We left 3 songs before the end like most old people because we wanted to get a uber and wanted to miss the traffic. But Of course where the hell is the uber pickup??????!!!!! That was a adventure.... This venue used to be pretty damn nice, but they are stuck in the 70's. Update the venue and bring it back to what it can be. Right now its a dinosaur... A dinosaur I would rather avoid unless absolutely needed to.
