  • We stopped at Butterfield's during our family vacation. I had the Eggs Rojo and it was the best breakfast I've ever eaten. The combination of eggs, corn tortilla, black beans, jack cheese, and red New Mexico chile sauce was outstanding, and I could tell they use the freshest ingredients. Even the orange juice is fresh squeezed and amazing. Also tried my brother's Oreo s'mores pancakes (heavenly), my girlfriend's pancakes (solid), and my mom's cinnamon roll pancakes (sweet and delicious). Seems like you can't go wrong, no matter what you order. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular.
