  • If I could give no stars, I would. It has been a nightmare from day one. When we provided everything they asked for, they notified us ten days later that we didn't give them everything they needed. Why didn't they let us know that day? It's a joke. They say they'll respond by end of day, and they don't. After complaining to them, they were not apologetic, they just said that's the way it is. We first started this process 2 months ago, and to this day, we still don't have the money. It has been a comedy of errors, less the comedy.
