(Overall 3.5/5) Found a deal through Travelzoo for an hour Swedish massage and 30 minute facial. The spa facilities felt a lot smaller than other places as its split between several floors. Unfortunately the change room on the main floor was very small. There were only about 20 half lockers, 2 showers and 2 toilets. There's a second change room was on the floor with the pool but it's a bit inconvenient as you needed a pass and massages were done on the main floor. I felt a bit rushed when I was showering because it sounded like someone said "I'm waiting in line." The facility had a nice high end feel to it with a black and white theme. A table of healthy snacks, nuts and Pluck teas.
(5/5)The massage: was done very well by an RMT who accommodated my need for a deep tissue massage. She was extremely understanding as we were starting late and was able to accommodate my full hour session.
(5/5)Facial: Valmont products were used, a luxury line of skin care. Noemie performed my facial and did an amazing job. She went through a cleanse, mask, facial massage, eye cream and moisturizer. I felt like my bone structure and profile were refined from the facial massage and skin totally hydrated without a greasy feeling.
(2/5) Pool: the pool was large but there were only 4 lounge chairs and another wall had some black high back chairs. It wasn't set up for people just to sit by the pool and loung when there's only about 10 seats and no hooks anywhere. The whirlpool could hold about 6 to 7 people comfortably. But there were no chairs or hooks near there either. The sauna wasn't very big. It could fit about 3 people lying down. The products in the bathroom were from Body Eclipse which didn't feel any better than the generic stuff you'd find at the gym.
Tip: Go early so you aren't late for your appointment and get a tour of the place. You should use the facilities first before your treatments do you don't wash off any of the products.
