For all of you Starbucks "snobs"- yes, this is NOT a "real" Starbucks but that doesn't mean the staff there is any less deserving of respect, tips, and patience. They don't get the same benefits as an actual Starbucks , they often are forced to work 10 to 12 hour a day shifts and the majority of the customers there are a**holes! Instead, it is owned by a company called HMSHost - so please, stop chewing out the staff here because " You don't have Wi-Fi", " Whaaatttt, I don't get points for adding a shot of espresso"??? or " I got this drink from another plaza location & it's horrible but I expect you to fix it for free" crap that spews from the majority of peoples mouths.
As with any franchise business, the staff doesn't get to make the rules & the company doesn't care what the customers write in their on-line surveys & customer comment cards. So the next time one of you decide to throw a hissy fit because you acted like one of the morons (if you type "Starbucks Rant Videos") on Youtube then your more than likely deserved the "bad" customer service you received!
