  • Do not move here! Don't be fooled by the office and the advertised "upgraded" apartments. Management is terrible. It takes weeks to get anything fixed. Our unit was disgusting when we moved in. Nothing was clean, the toilets were broken. Sanitary napkins were left inside of our washer. Our keys didn't work for our storage unit. Our laundry room has been flooded and the walls are warped (2 weeks now) and it hasn't been fixed. The cops are here all the time. Management sent us a pay or vacate notice claiming we didn't pay rent when they had actually misplaced our money order in the office. Today we received an email, (no written notice was delivered to us but Gina in the office must have hand delivered them herself bc she wanted to argue with me) stating inspections would begin and no scheduling would happen. When I called asking if she could give me a two day window so I could be home with my dog she said no. That sounds like a safety liability for their workers. I simply want to be present when strangers are in my home. Management doesn't know it's head from its ass here. Go else where.
