  • Not impressed. While I was here during Super Bowl, I was in town early enough before the crush, and the food an service were both really good. However, fter a couple of days, even though they said they were prepared, it was painfully obvious they weren't. They service was atrocious, they food (what they hadn't run out of) was crappy and cold. And this was a full 12 days before the game! I went one more time before I had enough. While I understand that this was Super Bowl Week, I was shocked that they were so unprepared.
