  • This is BY FAR the best experience that I have ever had with any sprint store. Jessica was awesome and very honest. Ever since an update from Samsung, my phone would not keep a charge. It wouldn't stay on unless I had it plugged in to the wall. I had visited another location and they essentially told me that I was screwed and needed to get an upgrade. She brought my junk phone, which was at this point, a paper weight back to the tech department and they said internal battery. I was flabbergasted. Of course she wanted me to upgrade, but she gave me the option of having the battery changed. It took an hour and cost me nothing dollars and zero cents. Even though this location is terribly inconvenient for me, I will give them all of my phone business from this point forward.
