  • I clearly said how I wanted my dogs fur cut- I wanted to give him a mowhawk down his back. they said it shouldn't take long and they'd call me. 3 + hours go by and I hear nothing. I call only to get voicemail but they did promptly call me back. they advised he'd be ready in 15 min. We go to get him they are closed for a dinner break for 30 min. we finally get him and he does not have a mowhawk! they also did not give me my leash back. they said they found it I go to pick it up and it's lost again. still no leash. between the horrible customer service, not the groom I wanted I'm never going back.
