The response to my review was pretty pathetic. Basically just saying they keep poor records and don't prioritize new business. Before the fake Yelp message I got upset texts from Kevin- 7 of them. 96% of customers will never complain to your face but they will tell 10-15 people not to waste their money on you. The review and response have served their purpose. As the barber said, because of the way they conduct business they can't "accommodate new customers". He said I was 'next' but I walked out after it was 30 minutes past my appointment. They see no issue and can't see it from my perspective. Must be ready to franchise out new locations because you're rolling in it so deep- not able to accommodate new customers and all. That pretty much sums up my previous reviews. Decent skill at the expense of feeling my time and patronage was valued. That's exactly my experience. I'm sure there are other shops that remember they get paid to serve and can show customer appreciation. Sorry to upset you Kevin good luck to you.
