So the food is pretty typical for a breakfast joint. The wait gets to be a bit much for middle of the road food.
About a month or so I go and the entire breakfast experience took almost 3 hours. Managers come and apologize as after all that wait, the food came out cold and wrong. Drinks never came.. just all around bad experience. Didn't even complain but management did step in and comp the meal and gave me a $25 gift card to come back. This is the reason they get 2 stars and not 1.
I go this weekend to go ahead and use the gift card I received and give them another chance. Long wait again, including a decent line to grab a drink from the bar while waiting. Finally sit down order a drink which made it finally at the end of the my meal due to an orange juice shortage apparently. Food comes out completely wrong yet again. Management again does a great job and steps in and comps my meal. I at least got to use the gift card on the drinks!
