  • I've been to Pacific East on numerous occasions, but I really enjoy getting take out from here. Their Japanese rice bowls [donburi] are massive and delicious - my personal favorite is the pork curry bowl. My family loves the sushi here. When they come to visit from Chicago, we almost always stop by for all their specialty rolls and finish it off with some tempura ice cream. That dessert is massive - it could easily feed three or four people. Service can be slow, especially if you come during a peak time. They may not come up to you right away to take your order, so it's best to try and get your waiter/waitress's attention when you're ready. This place is tasty and has a nice vibe; the decorations are sea-themed and they have a large selection of Asian beers, which is always a plus. Pac East is one of my favorite restaurants in Coventry, and I'll definitely keep coming back.
