  • I have been here multiple times and every time the professional staff offers great service. The servers are very knowledgeable with the menu and are always so cheerful. :) My drink is always refilled promptly and I am checked up on to make sure all is well at the table but never to the point of being overbearing. The food is absolutely AMAZING. This is why I continue to come back aside from the great service. The food is consistently good. I think the food is so unique with the raw fish having garnishes and sauces created by Chef Shinji and the kitchen food is great and I feel that I cannot get the same kind of food anywhere else. These are my favorites: 1. The mushroom salad is so delicious. There is a variety of mushrooms sautéed in butter and yuzu. 2. Nebayaki Udon. I love the broth and the egg is cooked so perfectly; I can't get over it! I love the bean curd and the portion of the vegetables as well in this scrumptious soup. 3. Black cod lettuce wraps. I love the way the black cod is marinated. I know other places have miso black cod but the one here definitely has the most unique marinade and goes great with the kataiffi in a small snack sized bite in the piece of butter lettuce. 4. Scallop with spicy lime nigiri. I am not the biggest fan of raw scallops but the combination of the red onions, micro cilantro, and the spicy lime dressing make the raw scallops taste so great. This is a must try if you come here! 5. Salmon spicy style nigiri. The salmon literally melts in your mouth. The bonito flakes and the spicy ponzu sauce is a well thought out combination. 6. The home made chocolate soufflé!!!!! By default it comes with home made green tea ice cream which my wife really loves, however I enjoy it with the home made vanilla bean ice cream. The chocolate soufflé is perfect for the chocolate lovers like myself. It takes around 15 minutes or so for it to prepare but it is absolutely worth it! These are my favorites but there has not been a single dish that I have not enjoyed here. Lotus shrimp is also a great piece created by Chef Shinji. :) I have not tried that many rolls because I always want to save room for more food, but as far as I have tried I really love the #19 roll, which is the yellowtail and yellowtail roll with yuzu soy. I plan to come back another time and try the spicy salmon tacos created by Chef Jae. HAPPY EATING :D
