  • I am having a real bad experience with this service. When my spa stopped working I could not get any service for 3 weeks because the entire office shut down to go for Hot Springs training. This is the only Hot Springs authorized repair service. When the appointment day finally arrived, I understood that the appointment was in the morning and no one showed up until 5:30pm. I was told that I was mistaken and that the appointment was for the afternoon. They replaced a pump which seems to have well over a $100 markup and they agreed to reduce the price a bit. As they left, they told me the spa would be hot by the morning. It did not heat up so I called and left a message at 6:39 am. I called again at 9:30am and left another message when no one answered. Linda did not call back until 12:09 at which time I was in class with my students and I cannot take phone calls. I was with students until 4:38 and then I called again. Anthony answered and said Linda was not there. Why he could not take care of it is beyond my understanding. Linda called me back at 4:54 and I did not hear the call and then the office was closed. Not only do I not recommend this service, but I do not recommend this brand of Hot Tub. This whole service thing seems like a scam to me. What kind of company has only one serviceman for the entire Phoenix metropolitan area?
