My Friends and I planned a holiday getaway in Vegas for me and another friend's birthday. When we arrived the reservations that we had in place we were told that we have been given the wrong information. After speaking with Maria at the front desk she was not willing to help or accommodate us in any way. I contacted the reservations department on my friends behalf and spoke with Javier who is the reservation specialist supervisor. He was able to split our reservation up so that we paid for the first night with the fifty dollar deposit and the other four nights we'd come back down and pay for in the morning and it would still be the original cost we were quoted. I was so thankful for him and what he had done for us. Then!...We went back up to the counter and still ended up getting serviced by Maria again. FML! She tried to say again we were given the wrong information until I told her I'd call Javier again. This time I was going to file a complaint on her. She walked to a small desk they have behind their counter and briefly spoke with a woman then came back and everything was fine. She's lucky I didn't get a picture of her because you so don't want to encounter that woman when handling your reservation. Thumbs up for Javier!
