UPDATE in response to the owners response. Wow it's funny you have an explanation for every thing I said as if your store is never wrong and I am creating these imaginary scenarios! Let me give this straight to you: Your store was not busy when I went to the store. One girl was sitting there watching video. Another was talking with us. We called you guys every time but u guys never called us. Let's just clarify that there. So please don't reason and say it like I am complaining as if all my accusations are false. Those are basic customer services. It doesn't matter if you need to fix a thousand phones a day or 1, learn how to treat people like human beings. Do you train your staff that it's ok to treat customers bad if it's busy? You are opening a store for business. Use your common sense instead of defending yourself in every review people give. Take it and improve yourself for once. It is really not that hard to fake a smile or look at the customer once in the conversation. We are giving you business we are not here to ask you for money.
Original comment: Went there to get a phone fixed. The girls there never smile never look at you. It's like you are begging them to look at your phone. They never call me back on the situation with the phone. If you call them they will ask someone to get back to you which never did. After months of this I decided to take back my phone and it was fixed with an update. The phone was untouched by them. They have no customer service and lazy. Why bother opening a store?
