  • Flagstone is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived! The rent is way too expensive and they charge everyone a different price. My neighbors have been here for 10 years and they are paying almost double of what I am paying. The service here is absolutely terrible. They are constantly shutting off the water and in the process shutting off the cable and internet with it. It is the most unconvinient thing ever. They have full days with no running water to brush your teeth, take a shower, do dishes, wash your hands, nothing! And not to mention wash your clothes, which they over charge you for and half the time the machines will just stop working half way through their cycle. Then you are stuck with a washing machine full of water with your clothes just soaking in them. Also, sometimes we don't even get our rent bill but if we don't pay it you get a late fee. They also control your air conditioning even though you pay for it, so if they don't think it's hot enough for AC, you don't get any, and it never goes below 75. I haven't even been here for a full year and I am moving out early because I can't stand this place.
