  • Well the fact that I am giving this restaurant three stars has more to do with some problems with reservations then with the food itself. So my friends and I were going to see a show at Harrah's at 7 PM and wanted an early reservation. Now I realize it's Friday night but we wanted a reservation for 5 PM. Who's eating at 5 PM? My friend got the runaround with Caesars reservation line so I tried OpenTable. In a strange turn of events I saw something on OpenTable I've never seen before. It said that the restaurant had no reservations within eight weeks of my requested date. So one would think when we got there certainly the restaurant would be packed. That couldn't have been further from the truth it was not busy at all. And for a restaurant that was fairly not busy the service was less than attentive. Now the food that is another story. During happy hour all of the appetizers are only five dollars. Since we thought the restaurant would be so busy we got there before five and were able to order the mac & cheese Stix the waffle fry nachos and the fried pickles. Now here's a little tip on the fried pickles they are fried in a Tempora like Batter which is very good but they're very thick spears. I like my fried pickles as chips. The waffle fry nachos were fantastic because they had short rib meat on them very delicious. The mac & cheese sticks were also good and came with the cheese sauce which made them very cheesy. For the entrĂ©es we tried the turkey burger as well as the cobb burger both were very good. If this restaurant can get that weird reservation issue worked out as well as work on the service it could be great but until then it's got to be just a three-star.
