  • I absolutely LOVE this Cyclebar!!!! Its the bees knees. The staff and trainers are amazing! Probably the best I have encountered as far as cycle/spinning classes go. They are uplifting and motivating. Every workout seems to challenge me even more. I love the weight component and the overall health and well being component addition. The trainers have a unique way of adding a yogi feel to the workout near the end of the session. They are positive and uplifting and help you feel at peace with your workout and what lies ahead of you in your day. They are the kind of trainers that go that extra mile to make sure you are reaching your full potential and meeting your goals. I feel completely comfortable here. They also organize fundraisers for relevant groups in our community - including animal rescues! (Which really pulls at my heartstrings:)) I was fairly new to cycling classes when I started here and they walk you through the entire process. I have not had that support in other classes I have tried elsewhere. The variety of music based off the trainer you have has been perfect for the workout - in my opinion. The evening classes are a big party!! I highly recommend checking this place out if your in the market for a new gym or if you just want to switch things up. There's no harm in just trying out one class! I think you will fall in love with not only the cycling classes, but also the clean facility, awesome cycling merchandise, and the helpful, caring, motivational staff.
