  • I went in to look for some nice sandals for my birthday. I was browsing in the shoe department and had to approach a sales associate for help asking if they had a certain shoe in black. He came back with it and I tried it on . I am very picky about shoes because I have bad feet and I want something comfortable to wear. So after a couple of minutes of consideration this guy comes back around and I say that I'm going to pass on these - he immediately snubs me by grabbing the shoes turning away and saying "have a nice day"in a "you have been dismissed" tone . There was no offer to help me find something else ...... I believe it was because of my age that this gentleman assumed I wasn't an actual customer . No matter the reason I was snubbed by this snobby associate. I can not believe the horrible customer service for such an "upscale" store. I'd like to Thank you for making my birthday sour. I will never return to this location .
