  • I have been using Life 365 portraits for a year now. I loved the pictures they took of my newborn. Actually, I always like the pictures they take of my child. The reason for the two stars is that they changed the packages they offer. They had different packages you could buy that I used as gifts. They no longer carry those. They only offer wrapped canvas. On top of that the free 8x10 they offer is still free but you have to order it when your digital files are ready. This was not how it was done in November of 2017. I don't understand these changes. AND NO I DO NOT WANT A 50% OFF COUPON TO PURCHASE MORE! I have no problem talking on the phone and buying what I need. I liked it. I thought the company's representatives were thoughtful and helpful. Yes, of course it was to sell me more but I knew that when I kept asking them to come back. I am very displeased and don't think I will use them again even though I have one more photo session I pre-paid for.
